Dr. John M. Kennedy has spent his career treating the impact of chronic stress on heart health. He saw how everyday pressures at work could add up, and set out to create a simple tool people could use anywhere to calm the body and refocus. That work became the BREATHE method, the foundation of the BREAVA app.

As a board certified cardiologist and author of The Heart Health Bible and The 15 Minute Heart Cure, Dr. Kennedy is committed to making cardiac science accessible for everyone. He leads BREAVA's clinical direction and shares his method with teams in high pressure environments.
